Get ready for a calm and relaxing holiday
Riverside Luxury Suites are in one of the most beautiful plots in Rovaniemi just at the side of Kemijoki river with stunning views from the big windows and terrace. Here you are able to fully relax and get the most spectacular experience from Lapland sitting on the cozy sofa and watching the Northern lights straight from the living room.
The suites are built and furnished with high quality fulfilling the highest standards. You can spend your winter day by taking a walk on the beautiful river and kids can zoom down the hill with sleds. At the summer you can take a swim in the refreshing water from the private dock and enjoy the warm sauna of your suite. Here you are close enough of the city to get there when necessary but still far enough from the noice and the action to relax.

ROOMS OF RIVERSIDE LUXURY SUITES
We have four smaller suites and one larger. Here we introduce them to you.
Living Room
The huge windows offer a great view of the beautiful river. There’s nothing like sitting by the fireplace watching the stream pass slowly by.
Kitchen
The high end kitchen and dining area are in the same room with the living room. This way cooking and eating become social events everyone can easily participate in.
Sauna
The electric sauna is easy to use and you don’t need to worry about firewood. It offers you an authentic Finnish sauna experience.
Master Bedroom
Each of the three bedrooms has two beds. The beds are made when you arrive, just waiting for you to fall pleasantly asleep after a long journey. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet.

Utility Room
The utility room is right next to the kitchen. The worktops and sink allow it to function as a secondary kitchen if you’re preparing multiple dishes at once. It also has a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal.
Shower Room
When you have a large group of people in sauna together, it’s very convenient to have two showers.
Toilets
All suites have two toilets.
Living Room
Living room, kitchen and dining area form a large open space. The high roof and large windows give you the feeling of being outside while enjoying the heat of the fireplace inside.
Kitchen
Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the cutlery you might need during your stay.
Dining Area
A group of 8 people can easily fit to eat at the table and relish the view outside.
Master Bedroom
The large apartment has four bedrooms with two beds in each. You don’t need to worry about sheets, the beds are made when you arrive.

Sauna
Finns think that a perfect evening should always include a moment of peace and relaxation in a sauna. You should try our electric sauna yourself, you’ll be surprised.
Utility Room
The utility room has a washing machine at your disposal. So even if you’re staying for a longer period, you won’t run out of clean clothes.
Clothes Rooms
In the large apartment there are two clothes rooms, or walk-in closets if you prefer so you can keep your clothes nice and tidy.
Shower Room
Some say “The more the merrier”. We think two showers side by side is enough.
Bathroom Area
Bathroom area has doors leading to sauna, wc, clothes room and the back porch. After sauna it’s great to go outside for a drink and some cooling.
Toilets
The large apartment has two toilets.
EXTRAS
The fabulous beach sauna
All suites have an option to book the beach sauna as an extra luxury. It stads only a few short steps away from the river and has a jacuzzi on the patio. The beach sauna will certainly make your vacation a bit more special.

Our suites are equipped with all necessities you’ll need during your stay: cutlery, appliances, sheets, toilet paper, towels etc. You don’t need to go shopping before your arrival.

Location
Close to all the services of Rovaniemi but far from the traffic and noise.
ROOMY
All suites have at least 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room, 2 toilets, shower room & sauna.
RIVER
In the evening when the sun is setting, the light reflects beautifully from the surface of the river letting you enjoy nature’s beauty at its best.
The river freezes during winter. If you’re thinking about going on the ice please contact us first. We’ll tell you if it’s safe.
SAUNA
Sauna is easy to use so you’ll get a relaxing experience. It’s also great for your health.
